I grew up in one of the oldest homes in Nebraska City (built in 1848) and was the youngest child of 13 from my father and 4 from my mother. I have been motivated to succeed since the day I was born -- I didn't have a choice!
Growing up the youngest in such a large family in such an old house presented many challenges. I believe overcoming these challenges led me to become the first female to take building construction classes in high school and breaking state records for powerlifting.
After graduating from Nebraska City in 1996, I went into the transportation industry, first becoming a mover with Two Men and A Truck and later a CDL driver with Atlas Van Lines in 1998. Through these jobs, I have seen and experienced many homes and moves. I know how stressful leaving one home and starting a new one can be. I have the knowledge to move households, businesses, and acreages, and I have the ability to move you forward in real estate.
Fifteen years into my transportation career, I had to battle an accident injury that left me unable to drive for long periods of time. I had to switch careers and decided to get a degree in Diesel Technology from Metro Community College in Omaha, where I was the first female to graduate the program in 2015. Since then, I have learned a tremendous amount about real estate through classes and the experience of recently purchasing my own home in Plattsmouth. Through these experiences, I am now driven by passion and empathy to help others invest in their future through real estate.
I’ve always had a passion for history, architecture, design, and building wealth. Now it’s my time to help you get where you want to be with as little stress as possible. Challenging environments are where I come from and I am here to go to battle for you!
